Warnings

Prescription cytotoxic medicine — use under specialist supervision with regular blood tests. Lowers blood cell counts, raising infection and bleeding risk — report fever, sore throat or unusual bruising. Must not be used in pregnancy; effective contraception is needed. Drink plenty of fluids.
